摘要
当前,在城乡空间的规划中保护与传承地域特色的保护,已逐渐成为共识。在具体操作中,虽然形态保护日益受到重视,但存“物”失“脉”的问题屡见不鲜。空间基因方法通过研究物质空间背后的“深层结构”,旨在突破规划中文脉失传的瓶颈问题。研究从空间基因视角出发,以闽江中下游丘陵河谷特色村镇地区为例,采取了空间基因识别、评价方法,进行导控体系的建立,并且落实在闽清县樟洋村的规划编制中,展现如何运用空间基因方法达到地域性特色目标的转译,实现特色传承及可持续发展。
Nowadays,the conservation and inheritance of locality has become a common sense in spatial planning.In praxis,while most designers now highly value the protection of rural spatial forms,without the attentions of broader surroundings and contexts,auras of places are still leaving.The Space Gene approach is a systematized guide aiming to find out the immanent structure of space formation,which could possibly break out the current predicament.Based on Space Gene approach,our research takes the characteristic rural settlement of lower and down streams of Minjiang River as the example.Setting up the framework of guidelines for spatial characteristics inheritance by using spatial genetic identification and evaluation methods,and then showing how this framework help the making of practical village conservation plannings in Zhangyang village,Minqing,by translating immanent genes to fulfill the aims of locality inheritance and sustainable developments.
