摘要 曾几何时,我有过一个很朦胧的概念,即"个体生长发育和功能维持可能是通过干细胞在空间和时间上的有序增殖与分化来实现的".虽然,这一概念当时还未真正形成,而且也还没有明确的解释,但就目前来说,它与各相关学科的现有理论和知识并不冲突,而且还显得十分吻合.
