摘要
干硬混凝土是水利工程中的重要建筑材料,因其应用时间不长,故其检测工艺尚不够完善。针对干硬混凝土的有效检测方法展开研究,提出基于针贯入法和拉脱法的混凝土检测方法。结果显示,对于强度在C30及以下的干硬混凝土,针贯入法的平均误差为10.3%,拉脱法的平均误差为13.5%,表明在实际检测中,针贯入法的拟合精度好于拉脱法。研究成果可为干硬混凝土的检测工艺提供参考与借鉴。
Dry-hard concrete is an important building material in water conservancy projects.Because this kind of material has not appeared for a long time,its detection technology is not perfect enough.In order to put forward an effective detection method for dry and hard concrete,experiments were carried out,and concrete detection methods based on needle penetration method and pull-off method were put forward.The experimental results show that the average error of needle penetration method is 10.3%,and that of pull-off method is 13.5%for dry concrete with strength below C30.The results show that the fitting accuracy of needle penetration method is better than that of pull-off method in actual detection.This experiment provides some practical results for the testing technology of dry and hard concrete.
