基于饱水法测定混凝土孔隙率尺寸形状效应的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 准确测定混凝土孔隙率是混凝土材料研究中非常具有挑战性的课题。为了准确测定混凝土孔隙率,应用饱水法针对不同规格尺寸的混凝土试块开展孔隙率测定试验。首先通过配合比设计制作6组不同的颗粒级配试块,为了研究其尺寸形状效应,制作了100 mm×100 mm×100 mm的立方体、150 mm×150 mm×150 mm的立方体、φ50 mm×100 mm的圆柱体、φ100 mm×200 mm的圆柱体4种不同规格尺寸的试块进行试验。在此基础上,应用饱水法对4种尺寸形状的试块进行试验研究,得出尺寸形状效应对混凝土孔隙率测定影响的规律。最后,综合考虑力学试验、制作工艺等因素建议选用φ50 mm×100 mm圆柱体作为饱水法测定混凝土孔隙率的推荐尺寸。 Accurate measurement of concrete porosity is a very challenging subject in the research of concrete porosity is a very challenging subject in the research of concrete materials.In order to determine the porosity of concrete accurately,the saturated water method is applied to test the porosity of concrete blocks of different sizes.Firstly,six groups of different particle size test blocks were designed and manufactured through the mix ratio.In order to study its size and shape effect,four kinds of test blocks with different specifications and sizes were made:100 mm×100 mm×100 mm cube,150 mm×150 mm×150 mm cube,φ50 mm×100 mm cylinder and φ100 mm×200 mm cylinder.On this basis,the influence law of size and shape effect on the measurement of porosity of concrete was obtained by using the method of saturated water.Finally,considering the mechanical test,production process and other factors,it is recommended to choose φ50 mm×100 mm cylinder as the recommended size for the determination of concrete porosity by saturated water method.
