摘要
“一带一路”倡议赋予中国职业教育新使命。职业教育要助力中国企业开拓国际市场,促进中国全球软实力提升和推进人类命运共同体建构。2013—2023年,回顾职业教育服务“一带一路”建设十年历程,中国各级政府十分重视发挥职业教育促进“一带一路”建设的作用,国家与地方政策联动,引领和激励职业教育服务“一带一路”建设。十年来,中国职业教育通过广泛搭建国际会议、研究智库、职教联盟、人才培养等平台,同时注重标准建设、资源建设和培养模式创新等品质塑造,有力地促进了中国与“一带一路”沿线国家职业教育的交流与合作。十年历程,中国职业教育服务“一带一路”建设在动力、机制、成果、内涵等方面形成了鲜明的特色。展望未来,各类平台搭建将继续呈现良好发展态势,将更为关注中国职业教育国际品牌的形成和重视提升职业教育“走出去”的品质。
The Belt and Road Initiative has given a new mission to Chinese vocational education.Vocational education should help Chinese enterprises to develop international markets,promote Chinese global soft power and advance the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.From 2013 to 2023,reviewing the ten-year history of vocational education in serving the Belt and Road construction,Chinese governments at all levels attach great importance to the role of vocational education in promoting the Belt and Road construction.National and local policies are linked to lead and encourage vocational education to serve the Belt and Road construction.Over the past ten-year,Chinese vocational education has vigorously promoted the vocational education exchanges and cooperation between China and countries along the Belt and Road by building platforms such as international conferences,research think tanks,vocational education alliances and talent cultivation,as well as focusing on standard construction,teaching resource construction and training mode innovation.During the past ten-year,Chinese vocational education service for the Belt construction and Road has formed distinct characteristics in terms of power,mechanism,achievements and connotation.Looking forward to the future,the establishment of various platforms will continue to show a good development trend,and more attention will be paid to the formation of the international brand of Chinese vocational education and the improvement of the quality of vocational education going global.
