摘要
边疆地区参与共建“一带一路”10年来,在“五通”方面取得重要成就。在共建“一带一路”高质量发展的时代要求下,边疆地区恰逢中国政府新一轮对外开放政策支持与周边国家合作诉求及意愿强的机遇,也面临周边安全环境恶化和边疆经济发展水平低的风险。边疆地区需秉持高质量发展理念,借助六大国际经济走廊建设,参与构建以中国为核心的区域价值链和生产网络,推动高水平对外开放。
Over the past decade,the frontiers have made important achievements in the “Five Links” in participating in the “Belt and Road Initiative”(BRI).In the era of high-quality development of BRI,the frontiers are facing the opportunity of a new round of support from the central government of China and the strong demand and willingness of neighboring countries to cooperate,as well as the risk of deterioration of the surrounding security environment and the low level of economic development of the frontiers.Thus,the frontiers need to uphold the new concept of high-quality development,take advantage of the construction of six international economic corridors,participate in the construction of regional value chains and production networks with China as the core,and promote the high level of openness.
