脑脊液中氨基酸分析与中枢神经系统疾病关系 被引量：9

摘要 在生理条件下 ,脑脊液中的氨基酸主要来源于脑组织 ,在某种程度上可以反映中枢氨基酸类递质的生成、释放和分解代谢的状况。中枢神经系统的许多疾病都与兴奋性氨基酸和抑制性氨基酸两类递质的失平衡有关 ,因此在临床医学研究中可以通过对脑脊液中氨基酸的分析 ,了解中枢神经系统正常及病理状态下氨基酸的变化规律 。
