摘要
教师队伍不仅是教育工作的承担者,更是学生教育的引导者。高校不仅要注重课程建设与育人改革工作,同时也应注重教师队伍的建设。通过调查研究发现,陕西民办高校在思政教师队伍建设中虽然取得了一定成绩,但细究之下,仍然存在师资队伍认知不足、力量薄弱、队伍素质不强、师资管理机制不完善等问题,给高校此课程的教育改革带来了现实困境。对此情况,需要陕西民办高校从今后意识提升、队伍壮大、素质培育、机制完善等角度思考突破路径,提出切实可行的方案。
The teaching team is not only the undertaker of education,but also the guide of student education.Colleges and universities should not only pay attention to curriculum construction and education reform,but also pay attention to the construction of teaching staff.Through investigation and research,it is found that although Shaanxi private colleges and universities have achieved certain achievements in the construction of teaching staff.Under careful examination,there are still problems such as insufficient knowledge of teaching staff,weak strength,weak team quality,and imperfect teaching management mechanism.The educational reform of this course has brought a practical dilemma.In this case,Shaanxi private colleges and universities need to think about breakthrough paths from the perspectives of awareness improvement,team growth,quality cultivation,and mechanism improvement in the future,and put forward practical and feasible plans.
