基于改进型NSGA-Ⅱ算法的晋中市水资源优化配置 被引量:7

Research on the Optimal Allocation of Water Resources Based on Improved NSGA-II Algorithm in Jinzhong City

摘要 对水资源的不合理利用而导致的水资源短缺现象愈发频繁,进行水资源优化配置的需求也越来越大。水资源优化配置是指在水资源总量有限的前提下,综合考虑社会效益和经济效益,用科学有效的方法对水资源进行水量的合理分配。首先分析晋中市的水资源状况,综合考虑晋中市水资源优化配置需求,建立了以社会效益和经济效益为目标函数的晋中市水资源优化配置模型。接着提出了一种改进型NSGA-Ⅱ算法(INSGA-Ⅱ),并用INSGA-Ⅱ算法对ZTD1、ZTD2及ZTD3等6个多目标测试函数进行实验,结果表明提出的INSGA-Ⅱ算法能求得有效的帕累托前沿,同时收敛性和分布性均优于所列举的大部分多目标优化算法。最后将INSGA-Ⅱ算法应用于晋中市水资源优化配置模型中并进行实例分析,同时与基于NSGA-Ⅱ算法的方案进行对比。实例分析结果表明,基于INSGA-Ⅱ算法的水资源优化配置方案比基于NSGA-Ⅱ算法的水资源优化配置方案得到的缺水量更小、经济效益更高,证明了基于改进型NSGA-Ⅱ算法的晋中市水资源优化配置方案的可行性。根据决策者对不同目标的偏好不同,给出了3种优化配置方案和3种方案的效益比较,这些配置方案同时考虑了社会效益和经济效益,能够有效解决多子区、多水源、多用户、多约束的水资源优化配置的问题,可为晋中市水资源配置和规划提供一种全新思路。 The phenomenon of water resources caused by unreasonable use of water resources is becoming more frequent,the demand for the optimization allocation of water resources is also increasing.The optimal allocation of water resources refers to the rational allocation of region⁃al water resources by scientific and effective methods under the premise that the total amount of water resources is limited,comprehensively considering social and economic benefits.In this paper,the status of water resources in Jinzhong City is analyzed,the demand for optimizing the allocation of water resources in Jinzhong City is considered comprehensively,and a model of Jinzhong Water Resources Optimized Configuration Model with social benefits and economic benefits is established.Then an improved NSGA-Ⅱ(INSGA-Ⅱ)algorithm is proposed and INSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is used to experiment with 6 multi-target test functions such as ZTD1,ZTD2 and ZTD3,the results show that an effec⁃tive frontier of Pareto is obtained by the INSGA-Ⅱalgorithm proposed in this paper,and the convergence and distribution are better than most of the multi-target optimization algorithms listed in this paper.Finally,the INSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is applied to the optimized configura⁃tion model of the water resources of Jinzhong City and conducted instance analysis,at the same time,it is compared with the NSGA-Ⅱ algo⁃rithm.Example analysis results show that the water resources optimization configuration based on the INSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is less lacking and higher economic benefits than the NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm optimization configuration solution based on the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm,and the feasibili⁃ty of the optimization of water resources in Jinzhong City based on the INSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is proved.Based on the different targets of decisionmakers for different goals,three optimized configuration solutions and three solutions are given,these configuration schemes also take into account social and economic benefits at the same time,which can effectively solve the problem of optimizing the configuration of water resources with many sub-regions,many water sources,many users and many constraints,and can provide a new way of thinking for water resources allocation and planning in Jinzhong City.
