基于供需平衡计算的城市水资源规划动态优化配置研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了平衡水资源的供需关系,研究对目标地区的水资源供需情况进行分析,并提出一种基于非支配排序遗传算法的优化配置方案,通过构建配置模型得到最优配置的解。测试结果显示,节水方案的总体供水结构与其他两种方案一致,但居民用水的地表水源总供水量降至2.736×10^(7) m^(3),该配置方案可以满足各用水单位的需求,且有1.962×10^(7) m^(3)的水资源余量。试验表明,研究提出的配置方案可以实现水资源的优化配置,可为水资源的合理利用提供理论依据。 In order to balance the supply and demand of water resources,this study analyzes the supply and demand situation of water resources in the target area and proposes an optimization configuration scheme based on non dominated sorting genetic algorithm.The optimal configuration solution is obtained by constructing a configuration model.The test results show that the overall water supply structure of the water-saving plan is consistent with the other two plans,but the total water supply from surface water sources for residential use has decreased to 27.36 million cubic meters.This configuration plan can meet the needs of various water use units and has a water resource surplus of 19.62 million cubic meters.Experimental results have shown that the proposed configuration scheme can achieve optimal allocation of water resources,providing a theoretical basis for the rational utilization of water resources.
