车辆监造风险分析及控制方法

摘要 车辆监造过程中协调工作繁多、空间跨度大,涉及车辆总承包商和个专业分包商的生产制造、部件运输、调试等多方面工作。城市轨道车辆监造过程中存在重要信息查询、共享、传递等困难,制约了车辆监造质量和风险判别能力的提高。推动车辆监造质量信息化平台的建立和使用,不仅能使车辆生产制造得到良好的监控和预防警示,还能尽快发现和处理制造过程中出现的风险,便于跟踪和深度检查,及时形成图表和曲线等,方便直观观察,同时提升了对企业的管理体系的监督效率,降低了监造工作的人力成本。文章分析了当前车辆监造现状,结合实际车辆项目工程案例介绍分析提供一种车辆监造过程中的风险分析及控制方法,并分析了车辆监造工作信息化方法及优势。 In the process of vehicle supervision,there are many coordination works with large space span,involving the production,manufacturing,component transportation,commissioning and other work of the general contractor of vehicles and professional subcontractors.There are difficulties in querying,sharing and transferring important information during the supervision of urban rail vehicles,which restricts the improvement of the quality of vehicle supervision and the ability to identify risks.Promoting the establishment and use of the vehicle manufacturing supervision quality information platform can not only enable the vehicle manufacturing to get good monitoring and prevention warnings,but also find and deal with risks in the manufacturing process as soon as possible,facilitate tracking and in-depth inspection,timely form charts and curves,facilitate visual observation,improve the supervision efficiency of the enterprise’s management system,and reduce the labor cost of manufacturing supervision.This paper analyzes the current situation of vehicle manufacturing supervision,provides a risk analysis and control method in the process of vehicle manufacturing supervision based on the introduction and analysis of actual vehicle project cases.and analyzes the informatization methods and advantages of vehicle supervision.
