摘要
城市轨道车辆在生产制造和监造工作出现人力资源浪费以及监造信息传输迟缓,对既有车辆的监造模式和工作开展提出了新的要求和挑战。文章分析了城市轨道车辆数字化监造模式的现状与优势,阐述了城市轨道车辆机车车辆监造管理系统数字化建设的方法和目的,并对传统监造模式和数字化监造模式下监造系统的人员投入、工作时长、效益、进度和质量过程管控等角度对两种系统进行比较。通过系统比较,为城市轨道车辆监造管理以及相关工作人员提供信息化支撑,完善监督相关企业质量管理体系,提高监造工作效率,实现城市轨道车辆监造作业全过程信息化、规范化、高效化管理。
The waste of human resources and the slow transmission of supervision information in the production and supervision of urban rail vehicles have put forward new requirements and challenges for the supervision mode and work of existing vehicles.This paper analyzes the current situation and advantages of the urban rail vehicle digital supervision mode,expounds the method and purpose of the digital construction of the urban rail vehicle locomotive and vehicle supervision management system,and compares the two systems from the perspectives of personnel input,working hours,benefits,progress and quality process control under the traditional supervision mode and the digital supervision mode.Through system comparison,it will provide information support for the supervision management of urban rail vehicles and relevant staff,improve the quality management system of supervision related enterprises,improve the efficiency of supervision,and realize the informatization,standardization and efficient management of the whole process of urban rail vehicle supervision.
