摘要
结合某大型合资汽车厂生产实践,通过工艺审视,识别出前盖工装问题。研究分析无工装时,机器人喷涂PVC和面漆的可能性及工艺方案。详细探讨了新工艺潜在风险点,并制定出有效改进措施。最终通过改进机器人喷涂工艺,实现前盖工装取消,实现降本增效的目的。
Combined with a production practice of the targeted joint-venture automobile factory,the potential optimization point of the front hood tooling was identified through process review.The possibility and process scheme of automatic spraying PVC and top-coat without tooling were analyzed.The possible risk points of the new process were discussed in detail,and effective improvement measures were formulated.Finally,the front hood tooling was canceled by application process improvement,which reduced the costs and increased the efficiency.
