智能制造背景下机械类专业机床电气课程改革实践 被引量:2

Machine Tool Electrical Courses Reform Practice for Mechanical Majors under the Background of Intelligent Manufacturing

摘要 分析智能制造的发展对机械类人才培养的新需求,提出应具备机电基础知识牢固、实操技能扎实、新设备适应能力强的要求。由于机床电气控制课程在人才培养中的核心地位,其教学内容需要充分考虑智能制造发展需求,对传统机械类课程体系进行升级与补充,强化基础知识和工程实践的联系;探索开发综合性实训平台;进行综合性教学案例设计。最后,针对创新能力的培养,教学内容应具有一定的创新性和前瞻性,能够适应未来产业发展的需求和变化,能够依托和利用课程资源,开发赛教结合创新项目,以达到以赛促教的目的。 The new demands of mechanical professional training,which adapt to the development of intelligent manufacturing,are analyzed,main requirements are present including steady basic knowledge system,proficient skills and the adaptability of new equipment.Due to the central position of the electrical control course for machine tools in the training of personnel,the teaching content needs to be fully considered the development of intelligent manufacturing.The traditional mechanical course system should be upgraded and supplemented,the connection between basic knowledge and engineering practice should be strengthened.It is necessary to explore the development of a comprehensive practical training platform and carry out comprehensive teaching case design.Finally,for the cultivation of innovation ability,the teaching content should be innovative and forward-looking to meet the needs and changes of future industrial development.It can rely on and utilize curriculum resources to develop innovative projects combining competition and teaching to achieve the purpose of promoting teaching by competition.
