摘要
中国改革开放后大量企业通过OEM获得国际分工的好处,以仿制和模仿的利用性创新为主,探索性创新严重不足,致使技术突破不够。利用性创新和探索性创新平衡的二元创新是创新管理研究的重要领域,梳理该领域研究动态对增强二元创新研究深度和广度具有重要意义。首先以CNKI和Web of Science核心数据库中二元创新研究领域的中英文文献为研究对象,运用科学知识图谱分析工具CiteSpace分析揭示了国内外二元创新研究领域研究力量、动态和前沿;其次基于理论视角梳理了二元创新领域的前因、实现机制、调节要素和影响效应,提炼出二元创新既有研究成果结构框架,总结二元创新思想和逻辑;最后探讨了基于理论基础、研究方法、多层次交互等视角开展中国新情境下企业二元创新的研究主题。
After China's reform and opening up,a large number of enterprises have gained the benefits of international division of labor through OEM,mainly using innovation of imitation and imitation,while exploratory innovation is seriously insufficient,resulting in insufficient technological breakthroughs.The balance between exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation is an important field of innovation management research,and it is of great significance to sort out the research trends in this field to enhance the depth and breadth of ambidextrous innovation research.Firstly,the core English and Chinese literatures about enterprise ambidextrous innovation are collected from the core collection of Web of Science database and CNKI,and CiteSpace software is used to conduct bibliometric analysis on the research strength and frontier of ambidextrous innovation at home and abroad,so as to grasp the research trends of ambidextrous innovation.Secondly,through a detailed review of the Chinese and English literatures of core journals,the existing researches on the driving effect,implementation mechanism,balance mechanism and influence effect of ambidextrous innovation are summarized from different theoretical perspectives,and the existing research framework of ambidextrous innovation is extracted.Finally,the paper discusses the research topic of enterprise ambidextrous innovation under the new situation in China,which provides reference for future research.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:By summarizing the research trends and development context of ambidextrous innovation at home and abroad,the differences and causes of ambidextrous innovation at home and abroad are clarified.Since 2004,Birkinshaw introduced ambidextrousity to innovation management field,ambidextrous innovation research has developed nearly 20 years,both in English and Chinese literature are presented the trend of increased year by year and the growth rate is larger,but the author and research organization is relatively scattered,high-yield authors and high-yield organizations is less,Europe is the world's ambidextrous innovation research positions in the field of study.Keywords co-occurrence results show that in foreign countries,the keywords such as innovation,market orientation and model related to ambidextrous innovation appeared in 2004,and then different emerging high-frequency hot keywords appeared every year.However,the domestic research on ambidextrous innovation has become hot since 2015,and is still widely concerned by scholars,with research heat and space.From the keywords analysis results,ambidextrous innovation research in foreign countries mainly focus on the ambidextrousity and corporate performance,and ambidextrous innovation research in domestic enterprises as the research unit,focusing on the institutional environment,the nature of the enterprise,such as the influence of factors on the ambidextrous innovation,suggests that Chinese scholars in the study is not only a single reference of research results,In addition,the situation of enterprises in China and western countries is different,and how these differences affect the research content and conclusions.Summarize the antecedents,mediators,moderators and effects of ambidextrous innovation from a theoretical perspective and form a research framework.Through literature review,it is found that among the antecedents of ambidextrous innovation,most of the existing researches focus on the internal and external context and human factors driving factors of the organization,and the antecedents of ambidextrous innovation are discussed based on social network theory,social capital theory and resource-based view.From the perspective of a ambidextrous innovation implementation mechanisms,the existing research on the absorption and desorption ability and knowledge management theory examines the ambidextrous innovation implementation mediation mechanism,and discusses the external factors such as institutional environment,the environment is dynamic and redundant resources such as internal factors in the regulation of organization,verify the different characteristics of environment,organizational structure characteristics of differentiation.From the perspective of the effectiveness impact of ambidextrous innovation,existing studies have analyzed the impact of ambidextrous innovation on enterprise innovation behavior,innovation performance and capacity improvement from various perspectives.Discuss research issues in the new context of China.Under the background of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and China's economic transformation and upgrading,the institutional environment and digital environment have a great impact on the theory of innovation strategy.This paper discusses how the expanded innovation strategy theory affects the realization mechanism of ambidextrous innovation,how the new situation in China affects the balance mechanism of ambidextrous innovation,the interaction and transformation of ambidextrous innovation at different levels,and the room for improvement of research methods,and provides a reference for the future research of ambidextrous innovation.
