摘要
目前,我国职业教育面临着办学水平不高、难以适应社会快速发展、市场需求复杂多变的问题。本文通过剖析职业教育与产业发展融合的现状,结合三教改革的具体要求,提出产教融合推动职业教育供给侧改革发展,学校、企业深度融合,有效推进职业院校在教师、教材、教法方面的变革。
At present,China's vocational education is facing the problems of low school running level,difficult to adapt to the rapid social development and complex and changeable market demand.By analyzing the current situation of the integration of vocational education and industrial development,combined with the specific requirements of the three education reform,this paper puts forward that the integration of industry and education can promote the supply side reform and development of vocational education,and the deep integration of schools and enterprises can effectively promote the reform of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods in vocational colleges.
