摘要
针对煤矿井下刮板输送机中部槽槽帮易断裂的问题,在采煤机与刮板输送机耦合作用基础上,首先通过LS-DYNA仿真获取中部槽应力分布规律,然后利用Workbench和nCode对中部槽进行动载下的疲劳寿命分析。结果表明,铲煤板侧哑铃窝与肋板根部会产生高应力,易发生疲劳破坏。在实验结果的基础上,分析了槽帮开裂的原因,对槽帮结构进行了优化,为中部槽的优化设计提供了方向。
Aiming at the problem that the middle groove side of scraper conveyor is easy to break in coal mine, based on the coupling effect of shearer and scraper conveyor, the stress distribution law of middle groove was obtained through LS-DYNA simulation, and then the fatigue life of middle groove under dynamic load was analyzed by using Workbench and nCode. The results show that the dumbbell socket and the root of rib plate on the side of coal shovel will produce high stress, and is easy to cause fatigue failure. On the basis of the experimental results, analyzed the reasons for the cracking of the groove side and optimized the groove side structure, which provides the direction for the optimization design of the middle groove.
