摘要
目的针对全院床位统一管理模式实施中存在的问题,进行住院床位管理系统的优化改造,并探究其对医院效益及患者体验的影响。方法分别选取2020年8—12月、2021年8—12月住院运行数据作为改造前和改造后的样本数据,进行系统改造的成效分析。结果系统改造后,患者平均入院等候时间由5.8天降至4.7天(缩短19%),办理住院手续平均等候时间由30分钟降低至10分钟(缩短71%),北京市市属医院住/出院满意度调查医院排名由第13名提升至第6名,床位使用率由76%提升至80%。结论床位管理系统能助力全院床位统一管理模式高效、高质实施,促进全院床位统一管理模式的推广应用。
Objective To explore the impact of bed management system optimization and transformation based on the unified management mode of beds in the whole hospital on the benefits of the hospital and the experience of patients.Methods The inpatient operation information from August to December 2020 and August to December 2021 were selected as the data before and after the transformation to analyze the effect of the system transformation.Results After the system transformation,the average waiting time for admission was reduced from 5.8 days to 4.7 days(shortened by 19%).The average waiting time for handling hospitalization procedures was reduced from 30 minutes to 10 minutes(shortened by 71%).The hospital ranking in the satisfaction survey of Beijing municipal hospitals was raised from 13th to 6th.And the bed utilization rate was increased from 76%to 80%.Conclusion The bed management system helps to implement the unified management mode of beds in the hospital with high efficiency and quality,and promote the promotion and application of the unified management mode of beds in the hospital.
