摘要
目的:分析焦点解决模式团体辅导对高职实习护生压力适应能力提高的影响。方法:选取某市某三甲医院2021年7月新入临床实习的高职护生,筛选出临床实习适应欠佳者65名,随机将其分成实验组和对照组,实验组33名护生,对照组32名护生。实验组护生在接受常规临床带教外,还需要进行焦点解决模式团体辅导,共计6周;对照组仅接受常规临床带教与管理,干预前后采用护理学生临床实习适应不良问卷进行评定。结果:干预后实验组适应能力及各条目分值均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=4.214,3.760,2.963,2.908,2.838;P<0.05)。结论:焦点解决模式团体辅导能够有效提高高职实习护生的压力适应能力。
Objective:To analyze the effect of group counseling in solution-focused model on the improvement of stress adaptation ability of senior internship nursing students.Methods:The senior nursing students who were newly admitted to clinical internship in July 2021 in a tertiary hospital in our city were selected,we screened out 65 patients with poor clinical practice adaptation,and randomly divided them into the experimental group and the control group,with 33 nursing students in the experimental group and 32 in the control group.The nursing students in the experimental group needed to receive group counseling in the solution-focused model in addition to routine clinical instruction,for a total of 6 weeks;The control group only received routine clinical instruction and management.Before and after the intervention,the nursing students'clinical practice maladaptation questionnaire was used to evaluate.Results:After the intervention,the adaptive ability and the scores of each item in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.214,3.760,2.963,2.908,2.838;P<0.05).Conclusion:The solution-focused model intervention has a significant effect on the improvement of stress adaptation ability of senior internship nursing students.
