摘要
目的探讨药学监护在泛发性脓疱型银屑病伴重度抑郁患者治疗中的重要性和必要性,以期优化治疗方案、实施个体化给药。方法临床药师通过查阅大量中英文文献,进行全程药学监护,对治疗关键点、药学监护点提出建议。结果临床药师监护银屑病药物治疗方案的选择、不良反应及停药时间节点、抗抑郁药物治疗,整体治疗有效。结论临床药师对于泛发性脓疱型银屑病伴重度抑郁患者的药学监护利于优化治疗方案及疾病转归。
Objective To explore the importance and necessity of pharmaceutical care in the treatment of patients with generalized pustule psoriasis complicated with major depression.Methods Clinical pharmacists consulted a large amount of Chinese and English literature for whole-process pharmaceutical care before recommending the priorities of treatment and pharmaceutical care.Results Clinical pharmacists monitored the selection of drug therapies for psoriasis,occurrence of adverse reactions,time points for drug withdrawal,and antidepressant drug treatment.The treatment was generally effective.Conclusion Pharmaceutical care of patients with generalized pustular psoriasis complicated with major depression given by clinical pharmacists is conducive to the optimization of treatment and disease outcomes.
