Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing project improvement on the prevention of hypotension in hemodialysis patients. Methods:A total of 86 patients who received hemodialysis treatment in the Hemodialysis Room of Jintan First People's Hospital of Changzhou City from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine hemodialysis nursing, while the observation group received nursing project improvement on basis of control group. The difference of blood pressure before and after dialysis and the number of nursing interventions were compared between the two groups. Results:The difference of systolic blood pressure and the difference of diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of nursing interventions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:The nursing project improvement analyzes the main factors of hypotension occurrence in hemodialysis patients during the dialysis and conducts targeted measures,it can effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of hypotension in the process of dialysis, and has positive significance to ensure the safety of patients and smooth treatment.
