绿色氧化环己酮合成己二酸的实验教学改革探讨

摘要 以30%H_(2)O_(2)为氧化剂,HPW/SBA-15为催化剂,绿色催化环己酮氧化合成己二酸。考察了H_(2)O_(2)的用量、反应时间、反应温度和催化剂的用量对合成己二酸收率的影响。其最佳反应条件为:每2.5 mL环己酮,在15 mL的H_(2)O_(2),0.5 g 10%HPW/SBA-15,100℃条件下回流反应90 min,产率高达84.3%。实验表明,该方法具有反应条件温和、时间短、产率高、后处理简单、安全环保等优点,符合大学基础有机化学绿色化实验教学的要求和目标。 The synthesis of adipic acid from cyclohexanone was green catalyzed where 30%H_(2)O_(2) was used as oxidant and HPW/SBA-15 was used as catalyst.The influence of the amount of H_(2)O_(2) used,reaction time,reaction temperature and the amount of catalyst used on the yield of adipic acid were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:for each 2.5 mL cyclohexanone,reflux reaction at 15 mL H_(2)O_(2),0.5 g 10%HPW/SBA-15 at 100℃ for 90 minutes,and the yield was up to 84.3%.It was shown that this method had the advantages of mild reaction conditions,short time,high yield,simple post-treatment,safety and environmental protection,and etc.This reaction was conformed to the requirements and objectives of green experiment teaching in university.
