摘要
以己二酸为原料,加热后脱羧并失水生成环戊酮。在钨酸钠、磺基水杨酸和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵催化下,以环戊酮为原料,用30%过氧化氢作为氧化剂,合成戊二酸,产率为52.21%。实验采用绿色合成戊二酸的方法,安全环保。
Using adipic acid as raw material,cyclopentanone was synthesized by decarboxylation and dehydration. Glutaricacid was synthesized by sodium tungstate and sulfosalicylic acid catalyzed oxidation cyclopentanone with 30% hydrogenperoxide in the presence of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as a phase transfer catalyst. The yield of reaction was52.21%. The experiment used method of green synthesis to obtain glutaric acid, with green environmental protection.
