江西某钨矿智能抛废工艺探索试验与生产应用 被引量:4

Exploration Experiment and Production Application of Intelligent Waste Disposal Technology in a Tungsten Mine of Jiangxi Province

摘要 研究与生产使用的矿石是含目标矿物品位低的黑钨矿,智能抛废设备为“SIXS-1400”型智能选矿机。为提高入选合格矿品位,降低生产成本,提高生产效率,缓解用工紧张问题。因此决定对该黑钨矿进行预选抛废工艺探索。结果表明:应用此项预选抛废新工艺,对矿山实现提高生产指标、节约生产成本及建设绿色矿山具有重要意义。现场原手选后合格黑钨矿品位0.3%~0.31%左右,废石WO_(3)含量0.07%,原矿处理量37 t/h。引入智能选矿机投入生产应用后,在最优操作条件下,获得了合格矿中WO_(3)品位0.455%,回收率94.81%,抛废率45.38%,废石WO_(3)含量0.030%,合格矿中黑钨WO_(3)富集比1.74的理想指标,同时原矿处理量提高至现在的48 t/h,年生产成本和人工成本共节约了76.1万元,具有广阔的可持续性发展空间。 The ore used in the research and production is wolframite containing low grade target mineral,and the intelligent waste disposal equipment is“SIXS-1400”intelligent concentrator.In order to improve the grade of selected qualified ore,reduce production cost,improve production efficiency,relieve labor tension.Therefore,it is decided to explore the pre-concentration and waste disposal process for the wolframite.The results show that the application of this new pre-concentration and waste disposal process is of great significance for the mine to improve production indicators,save production costs and build a green mine.The grade of qualified wolframite after on-site primary separation is about 0.3%-0.31%,the content of waste rock WO_(3) is 0.07%,and the processing capacity of raw ore is 37 t/h.After introducing intelligent concentrator into production and application.Under the optimal operating conditions,the WO_(3) grade in qualified ore is 0.455%,the recovery rate is 94.81%,the scrap rate is 45.38%,the WO_(3) content of waste rock is 0.030%,and the WO_(3) enrichment ratio of wolframite in qualified ore is 1.74.Meanwhile,the processing capacity of raw ore is increased to the present 48 t/h.A total of 761,000 Yuan was saved in annual production cost and labor cost.It has broad space for sustainable development.
