江西某大型低品位白钨矿选矿试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对某大型低品位白钨矿石中白钨矿嵌布粒度较粗的特点,采用"预先分级—粗粒重选—细粒浮选"的重浮联合流程,80%的原矿在较粗的粒度通过低成本的重选方法回收,有利于环境保护和提高经济效益;占原矿约20%的细粒级中的白钨矿通过浮选回收,有效地保证了钨的总回收率。当原矿含WO_3 0.20%、Cu 0.07%时,小型试验取得粗粒重选钨精矿品位WO_3 57.24%,钨回收率63.03%及细粒浮选钨精矿品位WO_3 41.93%,钨回收率11.84%,钨总回收率74.87%和硫化铜精矿铜品位19.55%,铜总回收率为56.69%的试验指标,钨铜均得到较好回收。 A combined flowsheet of "pre-classification-coarse particles gravity separation- fine particles flotation" was applied to beneficiate the low-grade scheelite ore in accordance with its coarse-grained dissemination. The coarse particles were treated by gravity separation, obtaining a qualified tungsten concentrate grading 57.24 % WO_3 at a recovery of 63.03 %. Then, a tungsten concentrate with the grade of 41.93 % and the recovery of 11.84 % was obtained by the flotation of the fine particles. Meanwhile, a copper concentrate of 19.55 % Cu with a recovery of 56.69 % was obtained. The tungsten and copper were recovered comprehensively. 80 % of the feed were treated by gravity separation, which is economical and environmental for its low dosage of flotation reagents. That the fine particles which accounts for 20 percent of the feed were treated by flotation is beneficial to the total recovery of tungsten.
