摘要
做好高校新入职青年教师教育教学能力提升培训是促进我国新时代高等教育高质量发展的关键。以河北地质大学为例,在“以人为本”视角下,通过问卷及访谈的形式,对新入职教师在校本培训各个方面的需求进行多维度调研分析,以此为基础,针对新教师实际困难与需求,从培训时间、培训内容、培训师资、培训管理等方面科学制定培训计划,确保培训高效开展,帮助新教师尽快站稳讲台,成为一名合格的高校教师。
Doing a good job in improving the education and teaching ability of newly recruited young teachers in colleges and universities is the key to promoting the high-quality development of higher education in the new era of our country.This article takes Hebei University of Geosciences as an example,multi-dimensional research and analysis of teachers’needs in all aspects of schoolbased training.Based on this,based on the actual difficulties and needs of new teachers,scientifically formulate training plans in terms of training time,training content,training teachers,training management,etc.,to ensure that training is carried out efficiently,to help new teachers stand firm on the platform as soon as possible and become a qualified university teacher.
