摘要
采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数量统计法等研究方法,根据专家咨询所提供的判断矩阵,用倒序赋分的方法,求出各层因素的权重,构建了高校体育教师培训指标体系,包括准则层5个指标、子准则层14个指标和方案层44个指标,最后确定了各项指标重要性的排序,为教师培训机构提供理论依据。
This article uses the methods of documentation,expert interview,questionnaire survey and quantitative statistics and other research methods,adopts the judgment matrix based on the expert advice,uses reverse scoring method,and gets the weight factor of each layer to build the college physical education teacher training index system,including five index in the standard layer,14 index in the child criterion layer and 44 index in the scheme layer,and finally determines significance sequence of the index so as to provide theory basis for the teacher training agency.
