晶化温度对MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)系尖晶石微晶玻璃结构与性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Crystallization Temperature on the Structure and Properties of MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) System Glass-ceramics

摘要 采用熔融法制备了MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)系微晶玻璃,利用DSC、XRD、SEM等表征手段研究了晶化温度对微晶玻璃结构与性能的影响。结果表明,晶化温度为860℃时,有尖晶石晶体析出。晶化温度为1037℃、1080℃时,主晶相为尖晶石,次晶相为二钛酸镁和钛酸锆,随着晶化温度的升高,晶相含量增多,晶粒尺寸增加。晶化温度为1120℃时,主晶相仍为尖晶石,次晶相为金红石、钛酸锆。在1080℃晶化2 h后的微晶玻璃具有最佳的综合性能,其显微硬度为8.59 GPa,抗弯强度为146.0 MPa,热膨胀系数6.05×10^(-6)/K,密度为2.760 g/cm^(3)。 The MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)system glass-ceramics were prepared by melting method.The effects of crystallization temperature on the microstructure and properties of the glass-ceramics were studied by means of DSC,XRD,and SEM.The results show that when the crystallization temperature is 860℃,spinel crystals precipitate.When the crystallization temperature is 1037℃ and 1080℃,the main crystal phase is spinel,and the secondary crystal phase is magnesium titanate and zirconium titanate.With the increase of crystallization,the content of crystal phase increases and the grain size increases.When the crystallization temperature is 1120℃,the main crystalline phase is still spinel,and the secondary crystalline phase is rutile and zirconium titanate.The glass-ceramics crystallized at 1080℃ for 2 hours have the best comprehensive properties,with a microhardness of 8.59 GPa,a bending strength of 146.0 MPa,and a coefficient of thermal expansion of 6.05×10^(-6)/K,density 2.760 g/cm^(3).
