摘要
以利用废弃物的微晶玻璃原料组成设计为目标,提出直接以原料为相图组元的广义相图概念,并采用FactSageTM热力学计算软件进行了广义相图的计算和绘制,实现通过废弃物原料作为组元直接设计微晶玻璃。通过对常用相图的绘制验证,并最终运用在实际设计和制备污泥高炉渣基固废微晶玻璃。
Based on the defined deneral phase diagram simulated by the thermodynamic calculation software FactSageTM in this paper, verified by the measured phase diagram, research work on formation design of solid wastes compound glass-ceramics by FactSageTM is introduced. By utilizing sewage sludge fly ash and B. F. slag as the raw materials which are comprised of SiO2, CaO, Al2O3 , MgO, all of which are also the necessary chemical components for glass, augite, anorthite and melilite-based glass-ceramics were successfully synthesized in the laboratory.
