摘要
针对选矿尾砂等矿山大宗固体废弃物难以消纳的技术问题,本文以某矿山尾砂配比粉煤灰为原料,开展矿山充填材料试验研究。本文在系统分析尾砂基础物理化学性质的基础上,通过X-射线荧光光谱分析、激光粒度分析、配比试验和强度测定等研究方法,对比分析不同试验条件下的尾砂材料充填体强度,确认尾砂胶结充填的优化配比技术方案。结果表明:1)尾砂和粉煤灰所含化学成分满足环保要求,对充填体质量无不利影响,可用作制备充填材料;2)充填物料推荐配比:粉煤灰添加量占比为10%~20%,灰砂比为1∶12~1∶15。本文成果可为矿山固废资源综合利用技术研究提供一定的借鉴与参考。
In view of the technical problem that it is difficult to absorb bulk solid wastes such mines as beneficiation tailings,the mine tailings mixed with fly ash are taken as raw materials to carry out experimental research on mine filling materials.Based on the systematic analysis of the basic physical and chemical properties of tailings,such methods as X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy,laser particle size analysis,ratio test and strength determination are used to compare and analyze the strength of the filling body of tailing materials under different test conditions,and confirm the optimal proportioning technical solutions of tailing cementation filling.The results show that:1)The chemical composition between tailings and fly ash meets the requirements of environmental protection without adverse effect on the quality of filling body,so they can be used to prepare filling materials;2)Recommended proportion of filling materials:the proportion of fly ash is 10%~20%,and the ratio between ash and sand is 1:12~1:15.The results can provide some references for the research on comprehensive utilization technology of mine solid waste resources.
