摘要
受尾砂细度的增加和环保政策法规要求日趋严格的影响,国内部分矿山开始采用“分级细尾砂充填、粗尾砂综合利用”这一开发模式。然而,尾砂级配的改变必然会引起尾砂浓密、充填料浆输送以及充填体强度的变化。鉴于此,针对某金矿分级细尾砂开展了充填试验研究。试验结果表明:相比于全尾砂,分级细尾砂中25μm以下颗粒含量增加了17.18%,150μm以上颗粒含量减少了7.61%;分级细尾砂浓密效率不及全尾砂,分级细尾砂相比全尾砂进料质量浓度降低了2.65个百分点,絮凝剂添加量增加了10g/t,处理量降低了0.23t/(m^(2)·h);分级细尾砂充填料浆输送性能不及全尾砂充填料浆,在充填料浆流速1.47m/s、2.06m/s、2.45 m/s情况下,质量浓度66.15%的全尾砂充填料浆管道压力损失分别比质量浓度64.13%的分级细尾砂充填料浆管道压力损失降低了36.46%、39.37%、40.17%;分级细尾砂充填体强度低于全尾砂充填体强度,相比于全尾砂充填体,对应料浆状态及灰砂比的分级细尾砂充填体3d强度降低了50%~80%,28d强度降低了30%~70%。研究结果对该矿分级细尾砂充填系统建设具有指导意义,同时为类似矿山采用分级细尾砂作为充填骨料进行井下充填提供参考。
Affected by the increase in the fineness of tailings and the tightening of environmental protection policies and regulations,some domestic mines have begun to adopt the mining mode of classified fine tailings backfilling and comprehensive utilization of coarse tailings.However,changes in tailings gradation will inevitably lead to the changes in tailings thickening,backfill slurry transport,and backfill strength.Therefore,an experimental study on classified fine tailings backfilling in a gold mine was carried out.The results are concluded as follows.Firstly,compared with the unclassified tailings,the content of particles below 25μm in classified fine tailings increases by 17.18%,and the content of particles above 150μm decreases by 7.61%.Secondly,the thickening efficiency of classified fine tailings is not as good as that of unclassified tailings.The mass concentration of classified fine tailings is 2.65%lower than that of unclassified tailings.The addition of flocculant increases by 10g/t,and the treatment capacity reduces by 0.23t/(m^(2)·h).Thirdly,the conveying performance of classified fine tailings slurry is not as good as that of unclassified tailings slurry.In the case of slurry flow rate of 1.47m/s,2.06m/s and 2.45m/s,the pipeline pressure loss of unclassified tailings slurry with a mass concentration of 66.15%reduces by 36.46%,39.37%and 40.17%,respectively,comparing with the pipeline pressure loss of the classified fine tailings slurry with a mass concentration of 64.13%.Fourthly,the strength of classified fine tailings backfill is lower than that of unclassified tailings backfill.Compared with the unclassified tailings backfill at the same slurry status and lime sand ratio,the strength of classified fine tailings backfill decreases by 5%-80%in 3days,and by 30%-70%in 28days.The research results have a guiding significance for the construction of classified fine tailings backfilling system in this mine,and can provide a certain reference for similar mines to use classified fine tailings as filling aggregate for underground backfilling.
