摘要
该文针对无氰镀锌开展工艺研究,对镀液稳定性、分散能力及深镀能力等性能采用多种测试及表征方法进行测定;对无氰镀锌层的外观、结合力、氢脆性及耐腐蚀性等与氰化镀锌进行对比。结果表明,无氰镀锌工艺的镀液及镀层性能与氰化镀锌相当,甚至优于氰化镀锌,可以取替氰化镀锌工艺。
In this paper,the process of cyanide-free zinc plating was studied,and a variety of testing and characterization methods were used to determine the bath stability,dispersibility and deep plating ability.The appearance,adhesion,hydrogen brittleness and corrosion resistance of cyanide-free zinc plating were compared with those of cyanide zinc plating.The results show that the performance of cyanide-free zinc plating bath and coating is similar to that of cyanide zinc plating,or even better than cyanide zinc plating,and can replace cyanide zinc plating.
