摘要
文章针对铁件表面氨基磺酸盐镀镍层耐蚀性差的问题,使用冲击镀镍作为氨基磺酸盐镀镍的底层,研究了冲击镀镍作为氨基磺酸盐镀镍底层对氨基磺酸盐镀镍的影响。通过X射线测厚仪控制镀层厚度大致相同,使用扫描电镜、显微硬度计、贴滤纸方法等对镀层进行测试分析。结果表明,在冲击镀镍后再进行氨基磺酸盐镀镍可以降低镀层的孔隙率,镀层硬度变化不是很大,焊接性能有了一定的提高。
In view of the poor corrosion resistance of nickel sulfamate plating on the surface of iron parts,the impact nickel plating was used as the substrate of nickel sulfamate plating,and the effect of impact nickel plating on nickel sulfamate plating was studied.The thickness of the coating was roughly the same by X-ray thickness tester,and the coating was tested and analyzed by scanning electron microscope,microhardness tester and f ilter paper method.The results show that the porosity of the coating can be reduced after impact nickel plating,the hardness of the coating does not change very much,and the welding performance is improved.
