摘要
研究了原有导光棒切割设备存在的若干问题,包括导光棒端面崩边严重,料头多等现象。针对以上问题,重新设计了切割点位置,物料输送方式,增加信号开关解决料头多的问题,以及砂轮片磨损的自动检测和补偿功能。经过试验,很好的解决了原有设备的问题,而且对成本控制、作业环境及安全生产等方面均发挥了积极作用。
Some problems of the existing light guide rod cutting equipment were studied,including the serious breaking at the end edges of light guide rods and a lot of waste materials left after cutting.Regarding the above problems,the cutting position and material conveying way were redesigned,a signal switch was added to solve the problem of the waste materials,and the automatic detection and compensation function for grinding disc wear were added.The proposed optimization scheme solved the problems of the original equipment very well,and played a positive role in cost control,working environment and safe production.
