摘要
将不同比例的橡胶粉掺入水泥砂浆,并采用纤维增强技术,制备了具有一定功能性的纤维增强橡胶水泥砂浆材料,分析了不同橡胶粉掺量对纤维增强水泥砂浆抗折、抗拉和抗压强度的影响,并对纤维增强橡胶水泥砂浆的耐磨性能进行了初步研究。研究表明,因橡胶粉的掺入会使纤维增强水泥基材料力学性能下降。为此,采用偶联剂技术,改善了水泥基体与橡胶粉的界面黏结和界面效应,故在不同程度上使力学性能得到提高,同时加入橡胶粉后能提高纤维增强水泥砂浆的耐磨性能。当橡胶粉掺量为10(%体积分数),并采用偶联剂技术时,纤维增强橡胶水泥砂浆可发挥增强和耐磨双重效应,并有望提高其吸音功能。
Fiber reinforced rubberized mortar was developed by adding different amount of rubber power and hybrid fiber.The effect of rubber powder on the bending, tensile and compressive strength of fiber reinforced mortar was analyzed.Besides, some elementary research on the abra- sion of fiber reinforced rubberized mortar was carried out.It's indicated that adding rubber powder might weaken the mechanical properties of fiber reinforced mortar.Thus, the technique of coupling agent is introduced so as to improve the interface between matrix and rubber powder and the interface effect.To some extent, adding rubber powder might improve the abrasion of fiber reinforced mortar.The result shows that adding rub- ber powder with volume content of 10% and using coupling agent will bring favorable mechanical performance and abrasion to fiber reinforced rubberized mortar and it is expected to improve the sound absorption performance.
