采空区防灭火注浆技术优化与实践 被引量:4

摘要 针对神东矿区目前综采面采空区分布特点,分析了影响采空区防灭火注浆的主要因素,结合矿井生产实际,对目前常用的采空区注浆地面注浆站建设、输浆管路敷设及注浆系统稳定性提升等关键技术进行了优化,形成了浅埋深多煤层长距离采空区注浆防灭火关键技术体系,并在煤矿进行了工程应用。应用结果表明,该技术体系大大提高了采空区注浆防灭火效果,减少了输浆过程中堵管漏浆事件的发生,节约了注浆成本。最后对注浆技术优化的前景进行展望。 In view of the distribution characteristics of goafs of fully mechanized mining faces in Shendong mining area,the main factors affecting the fire prevention and extinguishing grouting in goaf are analyzed,and the key technologies commonly used at present,such as the construction of ground grouting station for goaf,the laying of grouting pipeline and the stability improvement of grouting system,are optimized in combination with the actual production of the mine,forming the key technology system of long-distance grouting for fire prevention and extinguishing in shallow multiple coal seams goaf,it has been applied in coal mine.The application results show that the technology system greatly improves the fire prevention effect of grouting in goaf,reduces the occurrence of pipe plugging and slurry leakage during slurry transportation,and saves the grouting cost.At the same time,the prospect of grouting technology optimization is briefly introduced.
