CFB灰基采空区注浆材料的组成优化及工程应用

摘要 随着矿产资源的持续大规模开采,采空区的形成数量与面积不断增加,水泥/粉煤灰注浆体系作为治理采空区的重要手段,存在着泌水率过高、早期强度偏低以及收缩变形过大等诸多问题,因此,围绕水泥-CFB灰采空区注浆充填材料展开探究,通过室内试验剖析该材料的工作性能、体积稳定性和力学性能,推荐了最佳的材料组成,并进行工程应用和效果评价。试验结果表明,该注浆材料在流动性、结石率、强度发展等关键性能指标上表现卓越,能够切实有效地解决采空区注浆充填过程中所面临的诸多复杂问题。 With the continuous large-scale exploitation of mineral resources,the number and area of goaf formation are constantly increasing.The cement/fly ash grouting system,as an important means of treating goaf,has many problems such as excessive bleeding rate,low early strength and excessive shrinkage deformation.Therefore,this study focuses on the exploration of grouting filling materials for cement-CFB ash goaf.The working performance,volume stability and mechanical properties of the material were analyzed through indoor experiments.The optimal material composition was recommended,and the engineering application and effect evaluation were carried out.The experimental results show that this grouting material performs outstandingly in key performance indicators such as fluidity,stone rate and strength development,and can effectively solve many complex problems faced in the grouting and filling process of goed-out areas.
