摘要
2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)是临床上常见的代谢性疾病,发病机制复杂,随着患病率的逐年增加,引发了全球的广泛关注。研究表明肠道菌群紊乱与T2DM的发生发展之间存在一定关联性,肠道菌群代谢物、肠屏障改变和生物钟紊乱等均会影响T2DM的发生发展。研究证实中医药可以通过调节肠道菌群紊乱,达到一定的降低血糖的效果。对肠道菌群参与2型糖尿病的作用机制以及中医药通过调节肠道菌群治疗T2DM的研究进行总结,为以肠道菌群为切入点防治T2DM提供新的契机。
Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is a common metabolic disease in clinical practice.Its pathogenesis is complex,which has sparked widespread concern worldwide with the prevalence increasing.Numerous studies have shown that there is a correlation between gut microbiota disturbance and the occurrence and development of T2DM,and the metabolites of gut microbiota,changes of intestinal barrier and biological clock disturbance all affect the occurrence and development of T2DM.Studies have confirmed that traditional Chinese medicine can achieve a certain effect of lowering blood sugar by regulating gut microbiota disturbance.This paper summarized the mechanism of gut microbiota involved in T2DM and the research on the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of T2DM by regulating the gut microbiota,providing a new aspect for the prevention and treatment of T2DM by taking the gut microbiota as an entry point.
