摘要
目的分析名中医李丽芸教授经验方消症丹预防子宫肌瘤剔除术后复发的应用价值。方法选取子宫肌瘤剔除术患者74例,随机分为治疗组、对照组各37例,治疗组予以口服消症丹,对照组为空白对照,比较两组治疗前后子宫体积、血流动力学指标[子宫动脉搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)、收缩期峰值流速(PSV)]、血液流变学指标(高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、血浆黏度、血沉、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞比积)、中医证候积分,记录不良反应、复发率。结果治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月治疗组子宫体积均小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月治疗组PI、RI高于对照组,PSV低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3个月治疗组高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、血浆黏度、血沉、红细胞聚集指数低于对照组,而红细胞比积高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月、6个月、12个月治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后6个月、12个月子宫肌瘤复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论消症丹预防子宫肌瘤剔除术后复发有较好效果,可明显调节其血流动力学、血液流变学指标,减少中医证候积分、复发率,安全性可靠,值得在临床推广实践。
Objective The purpose of this study was to analyze the application value of famous TCM professor LI Liyun's experience prescription Xiaozheng Dan(消症丹)preventing recurrence after myomectomy.Methods Seventy-four patients undergoing myomectomy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 37 patients in each group.The control group was given no intervention,and the treatment group was treated with Xiaozheng Dan orally.The uterine volume,hemodynamic indicators[uterine artery pulsatilityindex(PI),resistance index(RI),peak systolic velocity(PSV)],hemorheological indicators(whole blood high-shear viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,erythrocyte aggregation index,hematocrit),and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Adverse reactions and recurrence rate were recorded.Results The treatment group had smaller uteri volume,higher PI and RI and lower PSV than the control group at 3,6,and 12 months after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group had lower whole blood high-shear viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and erythrocyte aggregation index and higher hematocrit than the control group at 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group had lower TCM syndrome scores than the control group at 1,2,3,6 and 12 months after treatment(P<0.05).The recurrence rates of uterine fibroids in the treatment of at 6 and 12 months after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaozheng Dan is effective in preventing recurrence after myomectomy.It can significantly regulate hemodynamic and hemorheological indicators,reduce TCM syndrome scores and recurrence rate,and it is safe and reliable.
