摘要
胃癌是一种发生在消化系统高死亡率、临床治疗效果不佳的恶性肿瘤。目前临床上治疗胃癌的效果不佳且预后较差,发病机制尚未清晰,常涉及多条信号通道。Wnt/β-catenin通路作为消化系统肿瘤信号经典传导通路之一,其异样激活会启动靶基因及相关因子转录、翻译、表达进程,与胃黏膜病变甚至胃癌的发生进展息息相关。中医药作为我国几千年一直延续下来的医学,在防治疾病过程中重视整体观念辨证论治。鉴于中医宏观调控与西医微观调控互补关系,协同中医药靶向治疗胃癌已经成为新的医学热点。因此,立足于近年研究者关于中医药干预Wnt/β-catenin信号通路影响胃癌细胞增殖、凋亡、侵袭转移、自我更新等方面的研究,科学总结阐述中医药能够干预靶向Wnt/β-catenin信号通路上的靶点、效应点防治胃癌的机理,这有利于为中医药临床靶向治疗胃癌提供系统的科学依据。
Gastric cancer is a malignant tumor that occurs in the digestive tract and seriously threatens human health.Cur⁃rently,the treatment of gastric cancer in the clinic is not effective and the prognosis is poor,the pathogenesis remains unclear and often involves multiple signaling channels.Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is one of the signal transduction pathways of diges⁃tive tract tumors,its abnormal activation will initiate the transcription of target genes and the expression of related proteins,which is closely related to the occurrence and progression of gastric cancer.On the other hand,traditional Chinese medicine,as the ex⁃perience medicine of the motherland,attaches great importance in the principles of“holistic thinking”and“syndrome differentia⁃tion and treatment”in the process of preventing and treating diseases.In view of the complementary relationship between macro-control of traditional Chinese medicine and micro-control of Western medicine,synergistic traditional Chinese medicine targe⁃ting therapy for gastric cancer has become a new research hotspot.Therefore,this article scientifically summarized and elaborated that the mechanism that TCM can target Wnt/β-catenin targets and effector of signaling pathway in preventing and treating gas⁃tric cancer based on recent scholars researching on Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway affecting gastric cancer cell proliferation,apoptosis,invasion and metastasis and self-renewal,which will help to provide a systematic scientific basis for targeted treatment of gastric cancer in the clinic by traditional Chinese medicine.
