摘要
长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是一类长度超过200个核苷酸的非编码RNA,在染色体修饰、转录调控以及转录后加工的水平调控基因的表达,从而影响肿瘤细胞的发生、发展。Wnt/β-catenin信号通路是一条进化上十分保守的信号通路,其异常激活时主要通过下游靶基因如c-Myc、CyclinD1等影响肿瘤的形成和进展。近年来许多研究表明lncRNA与Wnt/β-catenin通路的相互作用对消化道肿瘤的增殖、迁移、侵袭和耐药性等方面产生重要影响。对lncRNA与Wnt/β-catenin通路在消化道肿瘤中的相互作用机制研究的总结,有望为消化道肿瘤的个体化治疗提供新的治疗靶点。
Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNA)are a type of non-coding RNA that comprises of nucleotide(nt)sequences longer than 200 nts.LncRNA can regulate the gene′s expression at the chromatin modification,transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels,thereby affecting tumor development and progression.The Wnt signaling pathway is highly conserved in evolution and its abnormal activation can affect the formation and progression of a tumor through activating target genes like c-Myc,CyclinD1,etc.In recent years,many studies have found that the interactions between the lncRNA and Wnt/β-catenin pathway can affect proliferation,migration,invasion and drug resistance of gastrointestinal tumors.The study on the relevant mechanisms between the lncRNA and Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in digestive tract tumors is expected to provide new therapeutic targets for individualized treatment.
