摘要
巷道的掘进是煤矿开采的重要步骤,在掘进过程中,掘进机的转速对截割效率具有重要的影响。同时,转速的增加会引起截割力的变化,对截割过程的安全产生影响。采用仿真分析的形式在横切及钻进两种工况下对掘进机的转速引起的截割安全性能变化进行研究,从而为掘进机运行参数的选择提高参考。
Roadway boring is an important step in coal mining,and the speed of the roadheader has an important influence on the cutting efficiency during the boring process.At the same time,the increase of rotational speed will cause the change of cutting force to have an impact on the safety of cutting process.A simulation is used to study the changes in cut-off safety caused by the speed of the roadheader under both cross-cutting and drilling conditions,so as to improve the reference for the selection of roadheader motion parameters.
