摘要
收集了国产掘进机现存在的质量问题和设备常见故障现状的资料,对其数据进行整理分析,由数据得出我国矿用设备—掘进机的设备故障仍存在许多。从FMEA工具的方法和应用、掘进机的构成、FMEA在掘进机研发设计和使用过程等方面分析了目前我国国产掘进机存在缺陷的原因。通过对风险顺序数的计算找到了掘进机系统的薄弱环节,并进行了系统的分析与研究,提出了改进措施,从而达到了提高系统可靠性的目的。
Collects the materials on the existing quality problems and the status of equipment fauh in China's domestic boring machine, organizes and analyzes their data,the data shows there are many problems in China's mining equipment - boring machine equipment. This research analyzes in the current the shortcomings causes of China's domestic boring machine from the background, the relevance method, application, the design of the boring machine, and the use of FMEA in the process of research and development and other aspects. For the shortcomings causes, it finds out the boring machines' weak links through computing the risk number of order. For the exiting weak links, it makes a systematic analysis and research, and proposes improvement measures to improve the reliability of the system.
