摘要
目的观察在为冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)心绞痛患者实施治疗的过程中应用银杏蜜环口服液所获得的辅助治疗效果。方法此研究随机在2020年1月-2021年12月期间于天津市北辰区中医医院接受CHD心绞痛治疗的患者中选取80例作为实验对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为接受常规治疗的对比组与在对比组基础上加用银杏蜜环口服液辅助治疗的实验组,每组各有40例患者。结果治疗前两组患者血液流变学指标、心肌损伤标志物指标并无显著差异,P>0.05。治疗后实验组患者治疗效果、血液流变学指标、心肌损伤标志物指标以及心绞痛症状改善情况指标均与对比组患者存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论在为CHD心绞痛患者实施治疗的过程中,银杏蜜环口服液是一种相对较为理想的辅助治疗药物,有助于获得更为显著的治疗效果。
Objective To observe the auxiliary therapeutic effect of Ginkgo Honey Ring Oral Liquid in the treatment of angina pectoris patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Eighty patients with angina pectoris were randomly assigned to receive treatment from January 2020 to December 2021 in Tianjin Beichen District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,according to the method of random number table,the patients were divided into two groups:the control group,which received routine treatment,and the experimental group,which received additional treatment of Ginkgo Honey Ring Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group,with 40 patients in each group.Results The results showed that there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the therapeutic effect,Hemodynamics index,myocardial injury marker index and the improvement of angina pectoris symptoms,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in Hemodynamics index and myocardial injury markers between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo Honey Ring Oral Liquid is a relatively ideal adjunctive drug in the treatment of CHD patients with angina pectoris,which is helpful to obtain more significant therapeutic effect.
