Research on Online Training Mode of Higher Vocational Teachers from the Perspective of Learning Behavior Analysis

摘要 从高职教师培训学习行为分析角度出发,分析了学习行为与高职教师培训效果之间的关系,梳理了高职教师培训的特点和线上培训相关研究的现状,以学习行为分析的视角为切入点构建了以问题解决为导向的高职教师任务驱动线上培训模式和以技能为核心的高职教师线上授导互动培训模式,以期为高职教师线上培训的组织、管理提供参照。 From the perspective of learning behavior analysis of higher vocational teacher training,the relationship between learning behavior and the effect of higher vocational teacher training is analyzed,and the characteristics of higher vocational teacher training and the status quo of online training related research are sorted out.On the basis of the characteristics of media technology and learning behavior adopted in the online training of vocational teachers,a problem⁃solving⁃oriented task⁃driven online training model for vocational teachers and a skill⁃based online training model are constructed.The online teaching⁃guiding interactive training mode for higher vocational teachers,the characteristics and steps of the two modes are described in details in order to provide a reference for the organization and management of online training for higher vocational teachers.
