摘要
梅核气是一种常见的临床疾病,主要以咽喉部阻滞感、黏滞感为主要表现,如有枣核梗塞,咳之不出咽之不下,给患者带来诸多痛苦。现代医学主要运用精神类药物控制其症状,但收效不佳并且有着较大的不良作用。杨教授对症下药治疗梅核气每每能收获不错的疗效,此文主要介绍杨教授治疗梅核气的经验和方法,希望能为医学临床提供一定的思路和治疗方法。
Globus hystericus is a common clinical disease, which mainly cause the throat discomfort and the sensation of lump blocking and sticking in the throat. This suffer the patients a lot as they feel like there is an object being lodged in their throat and it cannot cough it out nor swallow it down. Modern medicine mainly uses psychotropic drugs to control its symptoms. However, the treatment is little effective and has come along with many side effects. Professor Yang use the appropriate drugs in the treatment of globus hystericus always reap good curative effect. Thus, this paper mainly introduces Professor Yang’s experience and methods in the treatment of globus hystericus, which hope to provide some ideas, and treatment methods to clinical research.
