摘要
目的研究桑杷止咳汤加减联合经络埋针治疗风热伤阴型久咳的效果。方法随机选取2020年6月—2021年6月景德镇第三人民医院收治的98例风热伤阴型久咳患者作为研究对象,将其依据随机抽样法分成对照组(49例,实施单纯桑杷止咳汤加减治疗方式)和观察组(49例,实施桑杷止咳汤加减联合外用经络埋针治疗方式),研究比对患者的咳嗽症状积分、疗效、视觉模拟评分(VAS)与莱塞斯特咳嗽问卷(LCQ)评分。结果与对照组相比,观察组风热伤阴型久咳患者治疗后的咳嗽症状积分更低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组风热伤阴型久咳患者的总有效率更高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组风热伤阴型久咳患者治疗后的VAS评分更低(P<0.05)。2组治疗前LCQ评分差异无统计学有意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,观察组治疗后的心理、生理与LCQ总分更高(P<0.05),2组治疗后社会评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论桑杷止咳汤加减联合外用经络埋针治疗风热伤阴型久咳;对于缓解病情,改善患者咳嗽症状等有重要意义。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of modified Sangpa Zhike decoction combined with external meridian embedding needle in treating chronic cough of wind-heat injuring yin type.Methods A total of 98 patients with chronic cough of wind-heat injuring yin type admitted to Jingdezhen Third People’s Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were randomly selected as the research subjects.According to random sampling method,they were divided into the control group(49 cases,treated with modified Sangpa Zhike decoction)and the observation group(49 cases,treated with modified Sangpa Zhike decoction combined with external meridians embedding acupuncture).Cough symptom score,efficacy,visual analog scale(VAS)and LCQ score were evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of cough symptoms in patients with chronic cough of wind-heat injuring yin type after treatment in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of patients with chronic cough of wind-heat injuring yin type in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,VAS scores of patients with chronic cough of wind-heat injuring yin type in the observation group were lower after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in LCQ scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the total scores of psychological,physiological and LCQ were higher in the observation group after treatment(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance in the social scores between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion It is important to improve cough symptoms of patients by Sangpa Zhike decoction combined with external use of meridian acupuncture embedding.
