摘要
城市经济的高速腾飞给建筑行业带来了巨大的发展空间,装配式建筑设计方式是现代建筑工程施工的关键,推动建筑行业的发展,BIM技术的应用给装配式建筑设计带来了较快的发展,提升了建筑工程的施工效率,保障了建筑工程的质量,同时也能提高资源的利用率.但在实际应用中还存在较多的问题,一旦某一个环节出现漏洞,就会导致整个工程的质量下降.分析BIM技术在装配式建筑设计中的具体应用,针对一些常见问题提出合理的解决方案.
The rapid development of urban economy has brought huge development space to the construction industry,prefabricated building design method is the key to modern building engineering construction,and promotes the development of construction industry.The application of BIM technology has brought rapid development to prefabricated building design,improves the construction efficiency of building engineering,ensures the quality of building engineering,and also improves the utilization rate of resources.However,there are still many problems in practical applications,and once there is a loophole in a certain link,it will lead to a decline in the quality of the entire project.The specific application of BIM technology in prefabricated building design is analyzed,and reasonable solutions are proposed for some common problems.
