摘要
文章阐述信息化技术在建筑工业化PC预制装配式建筑生产管理中的必要性,以及信息化技术在宝业集团的应用经验。通过对宝业集团PC工厂的信息化技术在建筑工业化PC预制装配式建筑中的应用经验总结,得出PC构件的生产必须以流程的标准化管理为基础,有效地使用信息化技术和信息化管理,解决现阶段存在的问题及待突破的瓶颈,确定信息化技术在建筑工业化领域应用中未来发展方向。
This paper elaborates the necessity of IT in production management of PC prefabricated building of building industrialization and Baoye Group＇s experience of IT application. By summing up Baoye Group PC Plant＇s experience of IT application in PC prefabricated building of building industrialization, it obtains that the pro- duction of PC component must be based on standard management of process and effectively uses IT and computer-based management to solve existing problems in present phase and bottleneck to be broken and determines future development direction of application of IT in building industrialization.
