摘要
针对成都DL超市的生鲜农产品配送模式进行调查研究。首先,分析超市生鲜农产品配送模式的特点及其模式选择的影响因素,然后,阐述了成都DL超市的生鲜农产品配送概况,并分析了其现有配送模式存在的问题。据此,提出了解决问题的相应措施,并给出了该超市选择不同配送模式时需考虑的资源因素及运作的关键点,为超市生鲜农产品配送发展提供借鉴。
In this paper,we looked into the fresh agricultural products distribution mode of Chengdu DL Supermarket.Firstly,we analyzed the characteristics of supermarket fresh agricultural products distribution modes and the factors influencing the choice of the modes.Then,we introduced the general situation of fresh agricultural products distribution by Chengdu DL Supermarket,and analyzed the problems existing with its current distribution practice.Based on this,we put forward the corresponding measures to solve the problems,and presented the resource factors and key points of operation to be considered when the supermarket made choice among different distribution modes,so as to provide reference for the development of supermarket fresh agricultural product distribution.
